About the Club
Our club has a regular meeting on the second Thursday of each month. We meet at the Salem Senior Center, located at 1055 Erixon St. NE, Salem, OR 97301. Click here for a map. Doors open at 6:00 PM for visiting and use of the library. The meeting starts at 6:30 PM and ends by 9:00 PM, when the center closes. To offset room rental and other club expenses, we charge a fee of $20 a year for membership. For those joining mid-year, this fee is prorated on a quarterly basis. Spouses that wish to attend club meetings and events are included as full members at no extra charge. In addition to the regular monthly meeting, we have informal “sawdust sessions” several times a year for those wishing to learn a particular skill. The time, location and topic of these sessions vary, and are listed in the Announcements page. Members needing one-on-one sessions – whether as a beginner or just to refine a specific skill - are welcome to contact one of our several volunteer mentors. To learn more about our club, you can read our by-laws. Better yet, come join us! Click here for a copy of our membership form. We look forward to seeing you soon.
